Does it please you…

That when I look at myself

I imagine it is you

Watching me

Studying me

As I dress for my day

From the first layer

The bra gently cupping my breasts

And the knickers

Slowly pulled up and slipped over my hips

Summer dress zipped up

The sweet tie at the waist

Drawing the eye

Up

Does it please you…

That when I undress

I do it slowly

One item at a time

A slow reveal

Knowing

If you were here

Your gaze would be rapt

And the moment the last item

Fell to the floor

I would be in your arms

And you would show me

…Just how pleased you are

I created this blog as a way to express myself using my poetry and photography. It is a reflection of who I am and of the things that interest me. I have many muses…perhaps the greatest one being my love of the sea, how I gravitate to anything relating to water, how I feel a pull toward it deep in my bones. At times I will be revisiting content that I have shared on Twitter which has, until now, been the forum I have expressed myself in. That said, the content will change over time as the blog grows and develops. It is my hope that the reader will enjoy the journey.

    Amazing and sweet words for the want of love. Like my favorite Poet Donne. You teach the need and want of touch and kiss. Needed items to keep the passion and love alive. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.
