Siren Whispers

Siren Song

About

I created this blog as a way to express myself using my poetry and photography. It is a reflection of who I am and of the things that interest me.

I have many muses…perhaps the greatest one being my love of the sea, how I gravitate to anything relating to water, how I feel a pull toward it deep within my bones.

At times I will be revisiting content that I have shared on Twitter which has, until now, been the forum I have expressed myself in. That said, the content will change over time as the blog grows and develops. It is my hope that the reader will enjoy the journey.

  7. This is…you are spectacular!

I discovered you via Dancing Echoes and thought I’d wander over. I’m no poet, and as such would not usually bother with a site devoted to such…but your captivating words combined with the enchanting images you find make for an allure that is hard to bypass. Beautiful.

I have never met one, who spoke,
with such a velocity as this you did,
with storms flying from your lips.

  30. sirensong1208,

I wanted to write you and let you know your poetry and writing is absolutely amazing. Reading throughout your posts, and seeing your photography was stunning to the heart and soul.

I am a songwriter and enjoy reading such amazing writings. My soul fell in love with your soul, my heart ached to be closer to your heart after reading and feeling the emotion wrapped within your beautiful and sometimes dark, lonely words.

Always keep writing and sharing your heart and soul. You are so gifted and have such an awesome way with expression. I look forward to reading lots more from you, and maybe will be able to share some of mine one day.
