Craving

I give

with everything that I have.

That exquisite surrender

of body and soul.

lighting me like a torch

only blazes strong and true.

The heat

felt across miles

burning me deliciously.

You’ve made me a slave

to the craving.

Only you can temper

this yearning

can sate my hunger

Always knowing it is temporary
